INC Group welcome new Site Manager
Recently joining INC Group, Simon brings 15 years of hands-on experience. Simon started out in timber joinery in West Auckland, took a detour overseas selling music, then returned to the tools working with windows and doors in Melbourne. Since then, he’s managed a wide range of builds, from homes, hospitals, schools, warehouses and apartment blocks.
A standout moment in his career? Installing his first structural-glazed curtain wall, not something you pull off without solid planning, the right gear, and a team that’s switched on.
Every day on site brings something new, and for Simon, clear comms, strong teamwork and staying alert (especially looking up) are his top pieces of advice.
