Join us for an exclusive member-only site tour of the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation’s (Guardians) newly completed workplace in the iconic Chief Post Office (CPO) building at Britomart. 

Once home to postal workers, this grand heritage building has entered an exciting new chapter. Jasmax, working alongside INC Group, has delivered the fit-out within the recently upgraded Cheshire basebuild, transforming the space into a sophisticated, future-focused workplace for more than 200 people.

The new workplace brings together the character and craftsmanship of the original building with a contemporary environment designed for connection, collaboration and flexibility.

Hear directly from Anna Hill (Jasmax), Caleb Kennedy (INC Group) and Karen Marshall (Guardians) as they share the story behind the project, including the challenges of building in a Category A listed heritage building on top of Auckland’s largest train station, before heading behind the scenes for a guided tour in small groups.

We’ll finish the afternoon with drinks and networking at Reign & Pour (cash bar) — the perfect opportunity to continue the conversation and connect with fellow property professionals.
