The space is the natural home for Beca’s 350-strong Wellington team, who delivered the major engineering services for Precinct Properties’ landmark 6 Green Star office development — the company’s latest new-build project in the capital. 

Designed in collaboration with Warren and Mahoney, the 3,400 square metre workspace spans two floors and features fully flexible work settings and team neighbourhoods. Thanks to the building’s revolutionary structural design, the interior is uncluttered by seismic reinforcement — giving the design team room to create a genuinely open, adaptable environment.
