Begin at 1 Kent Street, a prominent commercial tower at the edge of the CBD, offering insight into premium office design, tenant expectations, and the ongoing shift toward flexible, high-quality workplace environments.
From there, visit Sub Station No. 164, a heritage-listed utility building that reflects Sydney’s early electrical infrastructure and demonstrates how historic assets can be preserved and adapted within a modern urban context.
Throughout the tour, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how contemporary development and heritage infrastructure intersect, shaping the future of Sydney’s built environment.
This event requires at least 30 attendees and can accommodate up to 50. If we do not reach the minimum attendance one month before the event, your ticket will be fully refunded.
