This session will provide a timely update on what the review signals for the future of seismic policy and how the industry should prepare. Discussion will focus on the practical implications of seismic reform across policy, design, engineering, and finance – exploring impacts on existing assets, investment decisions, and long-term asset planning.
This event will bring together property owners, investors, developers, asset managers, engineers and local government representatives to understand better the implications of the review for the property sector, particularly in Wellington.
