  • These site tours and activities are exclusively for TPC25 attendees who work for a Property Council member company.
  • Tickets for these activities are not included with a TPC25 general admission ticket and must be purchased separately.

Queenstown Tour

This pre-conference tour will start with a tour of The Mill – Queenstown Sports Performance Hub. This is a state-of-the-art sports performance, rehab and healthcare centre, located in Frankton. 

We’ll then explore the heart of Queenstown, uncovering its rich history and vibrant present. Stroll through O’Connells Mall, visit the iconic Steamer Wharf, and admire the historic Mountaineer Building. 

🍷 The tour also includes a drinks break at Eatspace at O’Connells Mall.

This event requires at least 40 attendees and can accommodate up to 60. If we do not reach the minimum attendance one month before the event, your ticket will be fully refunded.

We recommend you only book this tour if you are planning to stay on in Queenstown past the end of the conference, in case of potential cancellation due to weather – please refer to the full terms and conditions below. 

This event requires at least 10 attendees and can accommodate up to 30. If we do not reach the minimum attendance one month before the event, your ticket will be fully refunded.

  • If cancelled due to weather and if guests are staying longer in Queenstown: If weather conditions improve and there is availability, they can work to reschedule to another day. 
  • If cancelled due to weather and if guests are unable to reschedule: A full refund will be provided for their ticket. 
  • Refunds or rescheduling are only applicable for weather-related disruptions. If cancellations occur for other reasons, standard cancellation policies will apply. 
  • Timing: For groups, final confirmation of passenger numbers and full payment is required seven prior to the departure date. 
  • Responsibility: It’s important to note that guests are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled flight/cruise. Missed connections due to late arrival will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
