Originally developed in Waikato as the We Are Waikato Awards, the Property People Awards were reimagined and expanded in 2015 to encompass all four of Property Council’s key regions; Auckland, Central (BoP and Waikato), Wellington and the South Island.

Separate from the Property Industry Awards, which recognise outstanding projects, the Property People Awards were designed to celebrate the people behind the projects across Aotearoa.

Each region brings a unique flavour to the event, with localised judges and nominees and a whole host of categories – the perfect way to showcase your team to a local audience.
