Property Council's Submission on Auckland Council's draft Development Contributions Policy 2018

Property Council generally supported the direction to create an average development contribution charge over the three year period of the policy.  However, we have also suggested that a full cost allocation be undertaken and that Auckland Council slow the process down to ensure a thorough examination of the entire capital programme (including the brownfields capital projects) and potential charges be undertaken.
