Waikato Branch

Welcome to the Waikato Branch

Hamilton and the Waikato are on the verge of greatness. The Waikato Region is the engine room of New Zealand's economic productivity and is a key part of it's export future. Hamilton is fast becoming New Zealand's best place to live, work and do business. It is a key North Island hub and is the closest neighbour of New Zealand's largest City. The future is ours, but only if we seize the opportunity.

The Waikato Branch advocates for a thriving commercial property industry that has a positive impact on the region and it's people.

We are calling for an integrated approach to planning in the Waikato. With substantial population growth forecasted over the next 30 years, a comprehensive sub-regional spatial plan that outlines where future development will occur is needed. This approach will provide investment certainty for the industry and help ensure a diversified, modern economy that grows jobs and enables the property sector to thrive in the Waikato.
