Michael Holloway starts new role at Frequency

With a background spanning over three decades of international consultancy, Michael has navigated property fund management, portfolio investment, and asset management, across a spectrum of sectors and markets. 
 
Stepping into his new role, Michael spearheads the Strategic Property Advisory division at Frequency. Responsible for establishing and executing clients’ property strategies to drive financial outcomes while fostering positive community impact. Frequency are excited to have Michael on board.  
 
Commenting on his new challenge, Michael said, “I’m delighted to join the Frequency whānau, I have been impressed by the talent within the business that aims to transform New Zealand’s infrastructure and built environment. NZ Strong welcomes Phil Doyle

NZ Strong Group has welcomed Phil Doyle to the NZ Strong whanau in the role of New Business Manager. Doyley brings a wealth of industry knowledge with him, and NZ Strong looks forward to him connecting with their clients.

Doyley has also been a key supporter of the Property Council family for over 20 years. He started in the Future Directions team and when he got too old (never!), he became a valuable contributing member to the Auckland Events committee.

Oceania has announced Suzanne Dvorak as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 22 July 2024.

Suzanne brings over a decade of experience in the Australian aged care and retirement living sectors, having led the largest residential aged care provider in Australia.

Greenwood Roche has welcomed Geoff White to the firm. Geoff brings significant New Zealand and international expertise to further bolster Greenwood Roche’s specialist project delivery and construction dispute practices. Geoff joins as a Principal in the firm’s Auckland office. 
 
Geoff is a leading construction and projects advisor, specialising in the delivery of complex, high value projects and the resolution of disputes involving major infrastructure, renewable energy, PPP and property projects.
