Inovo welcomes new lead roles in Finance and HR
Inovo is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Moens, Finance Manager, and Hilary Sinclair-Hyde, People and Culture Manager.
A self-described “growth enthusiast” Mike brings together two decades of experience across Big 4 advisory and fast-growing startups with the aim to deliver strategic financial leadership and drive business success. He’s passionate about turning numbers into actionable insights and finding creative ways to unlock growth.
“Joining Inovo felt like a natural fit” he says, “due to its innovative spirit and real focus on empowering clients to succeed.” With a background that spans accounting, tax and corporate advisory at KPMG and scaling operations at startups like Travlr and BigDatr, Mike understands how to navigate complex challenges while keeping an eye on what matters most—growth and impact.
With over 25 years of expertise in operational and strategic human resource management, Hilary Sinclair-Hyde says she is dedicated to supporting and coaching managers to lead their teams effectively and supporting organisational success. “I was really drawn to Inovo’s strong commitment to people development and the emphasis on fostering a supportive environment” says Hilary, “which aligns to my values and focus on empowering individuals for success.” Before joining Inovo, Hilary built a diverse career spanning private consultancy, education, transport and logistics, and most recently, the security sector.
Apart from their talent, both Mike and Hilary are a great fit for Inovo’s spirit of personable people and a collaborative approach. They have received a warm welcome to Inovo.
Andrew Buckingham takes on role of Chief Operating Officer
In addition to being Oceania’s Chief Property Officer Andrew has recently taken on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day Operation of Oceania’s 40 retirement villages and aged care homes throughout New Zealand. This includes Asset and Facilities Management, Refurbishments, Procurement, Food and Laundry Services, Clinical Care and Resident Experience for Oceania’s 4,000 residents which are supported by 3,000 staff.
