The annual Property Council New Zealand National Conference is the showcase conference in our calendar. It presents professionals with the opportunity to gain or upgrade vital skills, exchange knowledge, develop their professional and social networks, and compare notes.
 
Join us in Melbourne for another unmissable conference with a line-up of international and local speakers.

The conference will be held at Melbourne Park Function Centre.

Conference Programme

The conference theme “Success in an ever changing world” will be addressed by an abundant mix of local and international speakers across the two days. Click here to download the conference programme.

Site Tours

When: Wednesday 13 September
Attire: Smart Casual
There are three site tours listed below for you to choose from. Due to popularity, there are limited tickets remaining on each tour. If you are interested in one of the tours, please complete the site tour form and send it back to National Events.
 
Walking the Docklands | Hosted by DKO | 2:00pm-5:30pm
An informal walk around Melbourne’s Docklands talking Master planning evolution, history and comparing notes for New Zealand. Refreshments will be provided on the tour.
 
A Tour of Chadstone | Hosted by The Buchan Group | 2:00pm-5:30pm
A tour of Chadstone Place, a mixed-use development with new external main street precincts, a mix of retail formats, a restaurant and cafe piazza and a refurbished enclosed mall. Refreshments will be provided on the tour.
 
MCG | 3:00pm-5:00pm
Explore the inner sanctum of the MCG, walk on the hallowed arena and experience where legends play.

 

Welcome Function

When: Wednesday 13 September, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Where: Cargo Hall
Attire: Smart Casual
 
The perfect way to catch up with colleagues, clients and friends over some drinks and nibbles before the conference programme kicks off on Thursday morning.  Please make your own way to the welcome function venue. Transport will be provided after the function to drop you at the five designated conference hotels.

 

Conference Dinner

When: Thursday 14 September, 7:15pm-11:00pm
Where: National Gallery of Victoria
Attire: Formal

A night with Dior – hosted by The Buchan Group
Pull out your best frocks & suits and join us for an evening of sophistication and style at the National Gallery of Victoria, a beautiful and unique venue. Arrival drinks will commence at 7:15pm and dinner will be served at 8:00pm.  Wonder through the DIOR exhibition during the dinner.
 
Please make your own way to the dinner venue. Transport will be provided after the dinner to drop you at the five designated conference hotels.
