Specifically curated for property professionals, this action-packed three-day conference allows you to gain vital skills, exchange knowledge, develop enduring professional networks, and hear from the movers, shakers and history-makers.

The 2018 Conference will be hosted in Rotorua - just 2.5 hours from Auckland -  far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to offer those starting out in property an affordable conference destination with plenty of adventure. 
With everything from whitewater rafting and mountain biking to a site tour of local developments you will be forced to re-think Rotorua!

We have created a jam packed pre-conference experience for you! There are three activities to choose from and one site tour option.

  • Whitewater rafting - join us on the Kaituna River and head down the largest commercially rafted waterfall in the world - 7m Tutea Falls. BBQ and Beverages as well as transport there and back will be provided. 
    $120.00 + GST per person
  • Mountain Biking - make your way through the Redwoods Forest on the 3hr tailored MTB tour for all skills and fitness levels. Full suspension mountain bikes and helmets are provided.  A gourmet lunch and beverages as well as transport there and back will be provided.  
    $120.00 + GST per person
  • River Cruise and Wine Tasting – Adrenalin not your vice?  Enjoy a relaxing luxury cruise on Lake Rotoiti whilst enjoying a wine tasting and delicious canapes with Rotorua's Volcanic wines.  
    $150.00 + gst per person. 30 people maximum
  • Site Tours - book a spot to view 3-4 sites within Rotorua.  Site tour includes food and beverage along the way.  
    $95.00 + GST per person
