Join your property colleagues for a morning coffee as we explore Zespri’s new 8,000m2 head office in the Bay. 
Built on their existing site, the new three-level office and meeting environment with an internal atrium, spans nearly 5,000m2 including an underground carpark and end of trip facilities.

Accommodating 340 staff, the build, fit-out and furnishing of the new complex has enabled Zespri to move to an activity-based work environment which will support collaboration and allow staff to be agile in their daily work.

Hear from key stakeholders Beca and Hawkins as they discuss the development's opportunities and the challenges, as well as Zespri on how they have found the process and, importantly, the functionality now all staff have moved in. We will conclude the morning with a guided tour of the new building.

A note about COVID

While we will do everything in our power to bring this event to you as a face-to-face experience, should the situation change and restrictions on event numbers fluctuate due to government restrictions, we may be forced to take this event online, postpone or change the format. Confirmation of registration will be sent to each attendee and an invoice/receipt will be sent to the purchaser upon check out. Please note that credit is offered to Property Council New Zealand members only, with non-members required to pay in full upon check out via credit card or POLi direct bank transfer.

Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person by notifying the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund will be made providing notification is received in writing at least one week prior to the event (please note that this may not be applicable for national events or Awards functions). After this date, no refunds are available. If, for reasons beyond the control of Property Council New Zealand, the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Property Council New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises any person at their sole and absolute discretion.
