Taking control of your personal brand is vital for career success. We all have a personal brand, especially in the current digital age, so it's important to spend the time creating your unique narrative and nurturing your brand to reflect how you want to be perceived in the marketplace. So, what do you need to do to make this happen?

This seminar will provide you with a clear understanding of what a personal brand is and is not and how it differs from a company's brand. You will learn why a personal brand is vital for your success in the property industry, how to navigate the world of social media to keep your personal brand in-tact, and how your personal brand touches on all aspects of career and professional development. To round off this event, you will hear first hand how an up and coming property professional has created his own personal brand, why this is so important to his business success and how he presents himself to the world within the overarching brand of the company he works for.

Rachel MacGregor, Public Affairs Manager, Property Council New Zealand

As Public Affairs Manager at Property Council New Zealand, Rachel ensures Property Council's voice is heard by policy-makers and decision makers, whilst reinforcing our reputation in the public arena. With a background in news journalism, television production and public relations, Rachel has spent over a decade honing her craft and is now an expert in live broadcast, brand communications, strategic planning and creating newsworthy content that reaches the right people, at the right time, with the right message.

 

Leanne Crozier, Director Operations & Delivery, Decipher Group

Leanne has extensive experience in leading the recruitment process for senior management, executive and governance roles. She is passionate about helping companies prosper by unearthing the best talent, working alongside chief executives and boards to help them find the right candidate to support their business strategy, objectives and success.

She is also a qualified solicitor and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the High Court of New Zealand in 1995. She has decades of experince working across a range of industry sectors and this has helped her develop a deep understanding of law, agribusiness, accounting and finance, utilities, manufacturing, transport, property and tourism.
