Michelle is a chief executive with more than 20 years’ experience working with multidisciplinary organisations across international and domestic market development, capital and business attraction, regional tourism, professional services delivery, customer acquisition and retention, market feasibility and government engagement in New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom and Australia. 

Senior leadership roles at both an International and New Zealand level have provided the opportunity for Michelle to collaborate with top executives to develop and implement strategies for business growth and transformation.  Michelle moved to Rotorua in February with her family and has been in her role since November 2016.
