Meeting the Supply Challenge
New Zealand has a housing shortage. We need to build more affordable houses quicker, without compromising on quality. How can we meet the supply challenge within the current legislative framework? And how can we work with the Government to support future transformation of the industry to make the supply challenge more realistic and achievable?
Hosted by Property Council’s Residential Development Council, the Residential Development Summit is a one-of-a-kind industry update for the commercial residential sector.
The full day programme delves into the challenges faced by our industry, addresses current issues and provides inspiration with fresh ideas and innovation. Targeted specifically at those involved directly with New Zealand’s commercial residential sector we strive to provide a mix of national and international examples and perspectives from those at the top of their game.
