Specifically curated for property professionals, The Property Conference is a gathering of influential leaders, inspirational innovators, economic experts and the best of local and central government, packed in alongside the property industry’s movers and shakers.

In 2021 we are embracing partnerships with the theme City Shapers | Together Stronger; an ode to the power of collective expertise, insight and industry alignment.

If we are going to "shape cities where communities thrive", we need to work together as one cohesive unit across the property industry, government and stakeholders.

If we are going to create change, we must be a trusted advisor, supporting the ideas that have merit and suggesting solutions where initiatives need more consideration. Post-Covid, there is no better time to present a united agenda, and The Property Conference aims to showcase the best ideas, innovations and change-makers who will lead our industry, and our country, into the next decade.

A note about COVID
In these changing times, a live event is a rare and precious thing. While we will do everything in our power to bring this event to you as a face-to-face experience, should the situation change and restrictions on event numbers fluctuate due to government restrictions, we may be forced to take this event online or change the format. Of course, you'll still be getting the same great content, just in a different format. Please ensure you have read and understood the event terms and conditions and bear with us as we play the hand we are dealt over the coming months. We will always strive to deliver the best-case scenario to our members, and we appreciate your support and understanding with any adaption we may have to undertake to achieve that.
