Guest Speaker

Kimberly Sumner
Founder, She Prosperity

As seen on the cover of the NZ Listener, in the Sunday Star Times, NZ Herald, M2Woman, Stuff, TV3 "The Cafe" and TVNZ's Breakfast show, She Prosperity support organisations to improve how women and men communicate with each other in the workplace for enhanced performance and better results, without the angst. Underpinned by gender neuroscience, She Prosperity was internationally recognised in November 2017, winning gold at the International Stevie Women In Business awards in New York.

Founder, Kimberly Sumner, has spoken to groups of over 150 women and men and in smaller workshops of around 10-20.

Helping professional women and men decode what can often seem like two different languages, She Prosperity supports organisations and the women and men within them to thrive through greater gender diversity in leadership, providing training support to lead diverse teams for better performance, manage difficult conversations (internally & with clients), and support women leaders with the confidence to lead like women.

Kimberly’s early career started as an investment analyst with one of the world’s leading trading firms, then managing funds at an international funds management company.
