Auckland | Women in Property Alexandra Park Site Visit & Networking
Join Women in Property as we take a tour of the stunning new Alexandra Park development – Auckland’s newest integrated urban village.
Alexandra Park is a full spectrum development, incorporating residential apartments and terrace houses, boutique retail stores, commercial offices and a selection of restaurants. The development will breathe new life into Epsom and will add real flair to The Auckland Trotting Club.
This is a sell-out development, which has had white hot demand. So what makes this project stand out from the crowd? In a market where construction costs have increased significantly, how have sale prices remained so consistent?
The project was initiated by CEO Dominique Dowding. From inception to development, she has carefully thought out every area of the project to maximise its success. Dominique has been meticulously detailed, with innovation and creativity at the forefront of this stunning development. A strong master plan and a thorough business case have paved the way for a cutting edge development that is already 100% sold.
Join us as Dominique talks us through her inspiration and vision for this development. She will provide an insight into what has been achieved so far, what future plans are in the pipeline, and how property will be the driving force behind the longevity of The Auckland Trotting Club.
