Mark Sinclair

Technical and Sustainability Director, Britomart Group Management Company

Mark holds the position as Technical & Sustainability Director for Britomart Group Management Company and is the co-founder and Managing Director of FM Concepts Limited, an independent company based on Facilities Management practices and dedicated to improving commercial building management services and operational effectiveness within the built environment.

With 25 + years’ experience Mark is responsible for implementing and managing the long term technical and strategic maintenance planning and sustainability programmes, dealing with risk management, and delivering efficient and effective operational services to our multiple clients.

FM Concepts Limited has had a long-term association with both New Zealand’s largest listed property Trust, Kiwi Property Group Limited and Mark’s company also provides Facilities Manager services to several other building’s owners in Auckland.


Ilze Gotelli

Head of Major Developments, Watercare

Ilze Gotelli is Head of Major Developments at Watercare Services Limited. She has worked in the New Zealand water sector for twelve years.  Currently, she is responsible for managing Watercare’s engagement with large-scale housing developers, including managing Watercare’s engagement with Kāinga Ora for the Auckland Housing Programme. 

In her role, she is proactively involved in the dialogue on infrastructure requirements to service Auckland’s growth and housing requirements.  Prior to this role, she was Environmental Planning Manager at Watercare, responsible for leading Watercare’s inputs to the Auckland Unitary Plan. Before joining Watercare, Ilze was an international consultant working on water supply and sanitation, electricity, and other infrastructure projects in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.


Miranda James

Head of Corporate Responsibility, ASB

Miranda James is Head of Corporate Responsibility at ASB Bank, where she leads the Bank’s climate change and sustainability strategy. With a background in strategic communications, Miranda has specialised in sustainability for 14 years across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. In previous roles her focus has covered transport, renewable energy, green buildings, resilient communities and more recently, financial services.

As head of corporate responsibility at Panuku Development Auckland she championed sustainable housing in project areas and achieved New Zealand’s first Green Star Community rating. She’s also held senior roles at the New Zealand Green Building Council and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority.


Dr Kate Meyer 

Business Director - Sutainability, Beca

Kate is the Business Director for Sustainability at Beca, a leadership role supporting Beca’s efforts to positively impact community, economic, and environmental outcomes through all the areas they touch. She is also the Founding Director of the Planetary Accounting Network, a charitable trust dedicated to helping people, businesses, and governments operate within the planet’s limits. She has recently published a scientific text book and speaks frequently at conferences and other events on various topics relating to sustainability, the built environment, and visions for a regenerative future.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to each attendee and an invoice/receipt will be sent to the purchaser upon check out. Please note that credit is offered to Property Council New Zealand members only, with non-members required to pay in full upon check out via credit card or POLi direct bank transfer.

Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person by notifying the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund will be made providing notification is received in writing at least one week prior to the event (please note that this may not be applicable for national events or Awards functions). After this date, no refunds are available. If, for reasons beyond the control of Property Council New Zealand, the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Property Council New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises any person at their sole and absolute discretion.
