Property Council in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is pleased to offer a series of training courses designed with the New Zealand commercial property sector in mind.
Good negotiating skills are essential to achieving desired outcomes in construction projects – whether with clients, contractors/sub-contractors or consultants and the project team. This highly regarded session, run with the construction sector in mind, is delivered in an informal, interactive way with group discussion and real life examples. Completion of the course contributes to attaining the Communication and Negotiation and Client Care competences as part of the RICS Quantity Surveying Assessment of Professional Competence.
