Calling all Young Property Professionals!

Join us to network with other young property professionals, while gaining inspiration from three renowned leaders of our Property Industry.

Set in the relaxed atmosphere of The Bluestone Room, this is your chance to hear from these Industry Leaders about their journey in the Property Industry, what they wish they knew when they were starting out, their best yarns, biggest highs and greatest frustrations. They will pass on their wisdom to the next generation of property professionals and you can ask them any burning questions you may have.

Presenters:

Chris Farhi, 2018 Young Achiever of the Year and overall Supreme Winner of the Auckland Property People Awards. Chris Farhi is a Property strategy advisor for some of New Zealand’s most successful private sector, public sector and non-for-profit organisations. He is a tenant representative, a soldier in the NZ Army reserve, a part time lecturer at the University of Auckland Business School, and is currently undertaking a part-time PhD.

Andrew Evans, a full time professional director with over 10 years’ experience focusing on real estate and related sectors. Andrew has an extensive career in commercial real estate and asset management, previously holding executive positions in listed and unlisted real estate investment businesses. He is a former director of Argosy Property  Limited, and current directorships include Vital Healthcare Property Trust, Holmes Group Limited, Holmes Fire Limited, Trust Investments Management Limited, Infinity Investment Group Limited and Accessible Properties NZ Limited.  In addition, Andrew is a past national president of the Property Council of New Zealand, chair of the judging panel of the PCNZ Property Awards, a government appointee to the Land Valuation Tribunal (Waikato No.1) and is a trustee of the Marist Brothers Rugby Charitable Trust.

Leonie Freeman, Chief Executive of Property Council New Zealand will share her story with you as a well-respected industry leader. She has extensive experience in the New Zealand property industry, having held top positions in both the public and private sector. From creating the concept of what is now realestate.co.nz, to buying and transforming her own residential property management business, being employed as a strategic property advisor during the establishment of the new Auckland Council, and as General Manager of Asset Development for Housing New Zealand, there’s not many areas of property that Leonie has not touched.

This event is brought to you by Future Directions, a platform for our younger property professionals to meet industry peers and build business relationships with people in all areas of property.
