Post-Budget Briefing 2024

June 12 @ 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm

What does Budget 2024 mean for the property industry?

With this year’s Budget tipped to be a doozy, we hear directly from Associate Minister of Finance, Hon David Seymour and two of PwC’s tax and real estate experts, Helen Johnson and Tom Barclay.

First up, Hon David Seymour will join us for an overview of the key Budget announcements, before PwC’s Helen Johnson, Partner – Tax Advisory and Tom Barclay, Director – Real Estate Advisory, take the stage to help us decode the politics and promises, giving you the facts of what Budget ’24 means for you.

👉🏻  Learn about the Government’s outlook for the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property sectors.

👉🏼  Explore two expert perspectives on the Budget.

👉🏽  Delve into broader topics such as user-pay funding and financing systems, investment in infrastructure, and strategies for climate adaptation.

👉🏿  Have the opportunity to ask questions of the Minister and our speakers via a live Q&A facilitated by Leonie Freeman.

With the “Survive to 2025” catchphrase gaining momentum, this is your opportunity to level up your knowledge and ensure you’re making informed business decisions.
