August 10 @ 7:30 am - 9:00 am$46
Get ahead of the game and hear the latest regional, domestic and international economic predictions and market analysis from two renowned industry leaders. This highly anticipated event will present the major economic and financial trends of 2021 and explore their impact on our industry.
Our first speaker is ANZ’s Chief Economist, Sharon Zollner who has been with ANZ in various roles since 2010. She started her career as an economist at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in 1998, and also worked at the central bank of Norway for two years, before moving to the New Zealand banking sector. Sharon’s presentation will provide an overview of national and global economic themes that will shape the outlook over the next couple of years for both property and the broader economy.
Chris Dibble, National Director of Colliers & Head of Research will follow with a market analysis of local and national commercial office, industrial and retail sector conditions with foresight into what we can expect in the short term future.
