There has been a big increase in investment appetite for Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments in New Zealand. BTR involves the development of multi-unit residential buildings for long-term rentals, rather than sales to individual owners, and has been touted as a way to help address the country’s housing shortage for several years.
Join us as we unravel the true meaning and implications of the current buzzword in the property sector! Hear from JLL’s Senior Director Paul Winstanley and Crocker’s Property Group CEO, Helen O’Sullivan, as they discuss the problems, risks, solutions, benefits, and implications of Build-to-Rent.
This session will feature a live Q&A facilitated by Property Council’s Head of Advocacy, Denise Lee, and is available free of charge to all members.
Take your seat and raise your hand – there are no ‘dumb’ questions in this interactive session!
