Event Sponsorship

Haere mai | Welcome

Welcome to the place where property’s key players gather, network and do business.

If you’re looking to put your brand and your people in front of a local community of property developers, owners, investors and associated professions, then you’ve come to the right place.

Who are we?

Property Council was founded over 45 years ago by a small group of commercial property owners who wanted a united voice that lobbied to reduce red tape and champion the property industry. It was from these humble beginnings that the foundations were laid for a successful member association that values the benefits of shared knowledge and collective capability.

Today, Property Council’s membership is vast, encompassing over 550 companies who represent the full spectrum of the property industry. From large listed property companies, to local councils, architects, construction companies, engineering and law firms and more. We are unique in that our organisation doesn’t just bring together one profession or one industry, we reach the furtherest corners of the New Zealand business community, but with a property bent.

What kind of events do we host?

Big, small, online, face-to-face and everything in between!

Property Council hosts approximately 80 events per year across New Zealand, with specific localised event programmes delivered in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Nationally, we host several larger events, such as the Property Industry Awards, the Residential Development Summit, Retail Conference, The Property Conference, and  the biennial Green Property Summit in conjunction with the New Zealand Green Building Council.

These events can be educational seminars on topical subjects, site tours of exemplary properties, webinars, and even multi-day conferences.
