The purpose of this website is to facilitate the transfer of information between Property Council New Zealand and its members and interested non-members. It also facilitates the purchase of goods and event bookings. The website contains newsletters and other information of a general property nature. Sometimes third party content is accessible through this website.

Purchases made via the website
Payment can only be made by credit card on the site or direct credit. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are welcome. Our credit card system is DPS. Direct credit payments can be made to our BNZ bank account 02-0160-0462677-00. For assistance please call the national office on (09) 373 3086.
No goods will be released or attendee registration confirmed at an event until full payment is received. Please ensure that an appropriate reference is provided when making payment in order that Property Council New Zealand can easily monitor payment.
Property Council NZ will appear on your cardholder statement for any transactions through this website.
Property Council New Zealand will not refund payments for documents unless an incorrect document is provided. In those circumstances Property Council New Zealand will allow an exchange to be made within 30 days.
If you make a booking for an event and then are unable to attend you may send someone in your place provided Property Council New Zealand is advised of this and the appropriate registration fee has been made.
If, following your registration you wish to cancel your attendance, you will be paid a refund or partial refund only if a cancellation is received in writing 3 working days prior to the event. No refund will be given for no shows. A paid invoice and confirmation letter will be e-mailed or posted to you prior to the event. Note that Terms and Conditions may vary from event to event and it is recommended that you review specific terms and condition for the event booked in case of variations.
All values for items are shown in New Zealand dollars. For New Zealand customers the figures are GST inclusive. For international customers there is no tax and items are sold for the value shown. Any disbursements are charged at cost to the purchaser.
Customers may elect to have the documents delivered by post or courier. The fees of such delivery are payable by the customer, and are in addition to the purchase price.
