PROPERTY SECTOR REMUNERATION SURVEY

Property Council NZ and Sheffield Limited are proud to advise the release of our inaugural 2008 Property Remuneration Survey.

There is more than the usual uncertainty in the property market after the recent credit crunch and recessionary conditions world wide. However, remuneration, talent shortages and other human resource issues will remain an ongoing challenge. We have launched this new survey to provide the New Zealand Property sector with current market remuneration data to assist decision making in the challenging times ahead.

During this survey Sheffield reviewed remuneration information for hundreds of individual positions in the Property sector. For each position in the report, a comprehensive analysis of base salaries, benefits & performance pay. Positions included this year are:
