"I have been selling and leasing commercial property in Hamilton since 1997, which has enabled me to gain a good comprehension of market trends and understanding of the dynamics of the Hamilton market. After 3 years working for a Hamilton based commercial and industrial agency, in September 2000 I became a part owner of Realtyplus. Beginning with just 2 agents we have grown to become a recognizable force in the Hamilton market, something which we continue to strive to do.

Prior to being a real estate agent I worked for a Hamilton based chartered accountant for 7 years, giving me a great grounding on business dynamics and understanding of taxation and GST issues surrounding property transactions. I am proud to say many of my clients I previously worked for on an accounting basis have continued the relationship into commercial property investment.

In the intervening period between accounting and real estate I was also the proud owner of a Hamilton cafe, where I learnt the meaning of long hours, hard work and 11 hours a day standing on my feet, something I still remember vividly.

To the end of 2009 I have been involved in transactions to a total value in excess of $250,000,000.
