Graeme MacDonald - Darroch

Experience:
Graeme has experience in a wide range of property classes from residential through to commercial, although primarily specialising in providing valuation and consultancy advice in the industrial and commercial sectors.
 
The scope of his experience ranges from valuing:
 
-   Industrial properties such as coolstore facilities, food processing facilities, manufacturing plants, distribution and logistics complexes, workshops and warehouses  and
-   Commercial properties such as bulk, suburban and CBD retail and CBD office accommodation

Employment history:
Graeme has over 20 years experience in valuation and property advisory, working in both Government and private sectors of the property valuation profession.  He joined the Christchurch firm of Bennett Rolle in 1992 and was a partner upon the merger with DTZ in January 2004.
 
Qualifications and professional affiliations:
-   Registered Valuer
-   Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV)
-   Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ)
