$1500 + GST annually

INCLUDES:

  • Advertising job vacancies on Property Council New Zealand website under Situations Vacant
  • Includes logo, listing and how to apply
  • There are NO restrictions as to the number of job vacancies published per month
  • A regular link on the fortnightly Hot Property e-Newsletter to the Situations Vacant page on the PCNZ website

Advertising Formats

  • Headline - 50 characters including spaces
  • Copy to be provided in Word format - 200 words maximum, up to 2 text links
  • Logo to be provided in GIF, JPG or EPS format and low resolution
  • All advertisements on the website under situations vacant and within Hot Property will be designed and published by our in-house designer. Alternative costs will be incurred if alternative design is required.

Conditions for Rates

  • Effective 1 February 2009 until further notice
  • All copy is due at least 3 working days before start date
  • Rates are in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of GST
  • Rates do not include any form of exclusivity
  • Rates are for standard formats only. Please contact us for prices on non-standard advertising formats. (All prices include design work by our in-house designer. Should alternative design be required additional costs will be incurred).
  • Rates exclude any production charges other than our standard set up, unless specific design has been requested
  • Advertising rates are sold on a monthly basis, no part month advertising rates will be permitted
  • All prices listed are exclusive of GST and based on a single booking and valid for the month (up to 31 days)
  • These rates are for a one off booking.  If regular advertising is necessary, a customised package deal can be arranged
