Property Council New Zealand lobbies for commercial property owners, investors and developers.  Our success in advocating for public policy outcomes that benefit our Members is contributing to the creation of stronger cities and a more vibrant New Zealand economy.
 
The Policy team focuses on three key policy areas, determined by the National Council of the organisation.  We are dedicated to advocating for the rights and issues that our members face.
