Property Council lobbies for commercial property owners, investors and developers.  Our success in advocating for public policy outcomes that benefit our Members is contributing to the creation of stronger cities and a more vibrant New Zealand economy.
The Policy team focuses on key policy areas, determined by the National Council of the organisation.  We are dedicated to advocating for the rights and issues that our members face.

Amalgamation in the Waikato

Property Council's Waikato branch has released a position paper on Local Government amalgamation in the Waikato region. Property Council hopes to stimulate discussion between the public and private sectors, so that decisions concerning the future governance of the region are well informed, practical and add value to all sectors of the region.
