Welcome to Property Council New Zealand

Property Council New Zealand (PCNZ) has a history of achievement and service stretching over 25 years. Beginning life in 1976 as the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) our organisation helped forge a new industry with a clear identity, purpose and increasing political influence.

In April 1999, the Association was re-launched as Property Council New Zealand, and more recently to Property Council New Zealand, following a broad ranging strategic review. The new organisation has a wider focus, provides more benefits for members and has a higher political profile.

We have Branch Offices located in Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Wellington and the South Island. Governed by national and branch committees, Branch Executive Committees focus on local issues while National Committees focus on strategic issues such as: taxation, planning and development controls, research and information, corporate real estate and retail issues

Our Vision:

To create a quality vibrant New Zealand commercial property sector.
